Dale is a growth-oriented healthcare executive and seasoned board director with a proven record of advancing start-up and multi-billion-dollar organizations in the U.S. and internationally. Dale received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sociology from the University of Illinois. More recently, he completed the "Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare" certificate programs at both Stanford and MIT.
In addition to his role at MediVix Consulting, Dale serves as CEO of MedPGx. He is also a Board Director to CureMatch and a Strategic Advisor to CureMetrix. CureMatch and CureMetrix are artificial intelligence companies advancing cancer detection and treatment.
In 2018, Dale accepted the role of CEO of MedImpact Healthcare Systems after 15 years with the company; and in 2019 added the president’s responsibilities, which included leading the company’s subsidiaries: MedImpact International, MedImpact Direct, ScriptSave, and SUNRx (340B). Dale also served on the boards of MedImpact Holdings, MedImpact International, and MedImpact Arabia. Additionally, Dale served on the Board of Ardon Health a leading Specialty Pharmacy, and served on the Board of PCMA with other PBM industry CEOs. Dale has held various leadership roles at Humana, CVS Caremark, Express Scripts, and Cardinal Health.
Bill is a prominent and impactful PBM Industry leader with 30+ years of experience. He is a patent holder of innovations that have shaped how pharmacy benefits and care are delivered across the industry today. Bill served as a Board of Trustee Member for NCPDP 2016-2020 and earlier received his BS in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services.
Prior to MediVix, Bill served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Achieve Health Management specializing in Remote Patient Monitoring and Covid Testing Programs.
Previously, Bill served as EVP Business Development for Citizens Rx; and during his 15 years career at MedImpact Bill was responsible for pharmacy network relations as well as new program development, which included being MedImpact's executive sponsor in the creation of both Blink Health and GoodRx. Bill also designed MedImpact Direct a unique multi-pharmacy fulfillment program for both mail and specialty pharmacy. At Target Pharmacy, Bill was responsible for managed care contracting and pharmacy business programs. He was a key executive in Target's growth from 125 to over 1500 retail pharmacy locations.
Tony is an inspirational entrepreneurial leader who transforms legacy and emerging organizations through vision, innovation, and thoughtful execution. Most recently, Tony served as Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Innovation at Teladoc Health, the world's leading virtual health care company. Tony was responsible for elevating Teladoc's presence among C-suite leaders and guiding enterprise-level strategic engagements with health systems.
For nearly 20 years, Tony served on the executive team of the American Hospital Association (AHA) as senior vice president and also served as president and CEO of both AHA Solutions, Inc., and AHA SmartMarket, Inc., AHA for-profit subsidiaries. During this time, Tony formed and advised more than 250 strategic/collaborative partnerships under the AHA brand, providing significant value to health care providers and turning the endorsement into a valuable differentiator for products and services serving health care.

As the Co-founder of Kalderos, the first drug discount management platform, Steve has demonstrated his ability to merge technology with healthcare, delivering optimized efficiency and significant cost savings. He also served as a Manager Consultant with Huron Healthcare, where he contributed to the strategic advancement of healthcare operations. His leadership experience includes serving as VP of 340B Operations at Equiscript and Midwest Sales Manager for SunRx, where he successfully led 340B program implementations and sales strategies.
Steve’s diverse background encompasses owning and managing a retail pharmacy, directing pharmacy operations for FQHCs, and consulting as an OPA PSSC Pharmacy Consultant. Jim brings over 30 years of expertise in retail, wholesale, and PBM pharmacy to his role as a seasoned healthcare professional. A proud graduate of Ohio Northern University with a degree in Pharmacy, Jim has built a career marked by leadership and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.
He began his journey as a pharmacist with Revco drug stores, eventually advancing to the role of brand pharmaceutical buyer for the chain's extensive network of over 4,000 locations. During his tenure at Revco's corporate offices, Jim also held key roles in Professional Operations and served as Director of the company's internal PBM.
Following his time at Revco, Jim took on leadership roles at PCS Health, McKesson, Script Save, and MedImpact. In these capacities, he worked closely with drug manufacturers to design financial savings programs and negotiate rebates.
Most recently, Jim served as Vice President of Industry Relations and General Manager at Prescient Holding Group, a prescription drug rebate aggregator, where he continued to drive value and innovation in the healthcare space.
Lisa Gregovich brings over 15 years of experience in operations management, client relations, and project management to MedClario.AI.
